Circuit 1

Repeat each circuit three times

  • Water bottle reverse lunge w curl X 20 alternating

  • X crunch X 12

  • Side lunge X 12 alternating

  • Water bottle tricep kick backs X 15

Circuit 2

Repeat each circuit three times

  • Water bottle forwards lunge w curl X 20 alternating

  • Upper ab crunch (feet raised) X 15

  • Water bottle skull crusher w glute bridge X 20

  • Water bottle curls X 20
