Meet Our Instructors
I’ve been teaching both Vinyasa & Yin Yoga since 2018 (in studio, privately, and online).
I pride myself on creating considered, enjoyable yoga flows that are accessible to beginners, as well as seasoned practitioners, bomb playlists, and an environment that is friendly, safe and inclusive for all. The intention behind my classes, no matter the sequence of movement, is to offer students an opportunity to come home to their bodies. To hold space for them to engage with themselves, put their minds in their muscles and to move with breath, intention and integrity.
In this Vinyasa class, we synchronise breath with movement as we build heat through a steady mindful flow. Working on flexibility, endurance and strength, it will leave you feeling strong, supple, open and breathing more freely. Options for arm balances throughout, this class is suitable for all levels
Sara has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2016. Growing up in a family of practitioners, mindfulness has always been a big part of her lifestyle and is evident in her classes. Her aim is to help people understand how to manage stress, let go of unnecessary tension, become more present and balanced, as well as stretch and strengthen the body - through movement, stillness, and play! She welcomes all levels to her classes and uses her knowledge of different styles to suit the group (making it a little more personal). The styles she teaches are Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Satria Yoga, Hatha Ashtanga, Yoga Nidra, and Guided Meditation.
I have been involved in yoga and fitness for over 20 years, which has given me a broad range of influences to create my unique yoga style. My classes are very physical, with the benefits of increasing overall fitness, strength, flexibility, and focus. I am passionate about health and wellness, plant-based living, and making my own natural, organic skincare products.
Georgia takes the best of barre and combines it with strength training, hiit, and resistance-based exercises to keep your mind and muscles guessing. These classes are fun, dynamic, and challenging. This class is progressive, so you’ll amp up the tone factor each week by adding in more varied workouts as well as stretching and mobility work to speed up your recovery. Get ready to sweat, sculpt, and slide your way to a stronger you.
Anna's classes start gentle and build into a strong flow with experimental movement. Her aim is to encourage students to move intuitively, becoming aware of what feels good for their unique body and energy. Anna aims to create a nurturing environment where students feel safe to unravel.
Sophie-Rose’s style is creative and dynamic. Her Pilates classes will strengthen your body while putting your mind through control, concentration, and focus.
